3 Things I’ve Learned From Working At A Butcher Shop

Funnily enough, if you had told me just a few years ago that I’d be working at a butcher shop (and loving it!) I would have been completely shocked. I used to be vegan and I am so grateful to have realized all the benefits there are to raising and eating quality meat. I’ve never felt better, and I’ve never had a job that I’ve loved more. As someone who used to not know a whole lot about meat, it’s been a learning journey for me to work for a quality meat company. From our butcher shop to our premium meat delivery available online or by phone, it’s a really special place to work. Here’s a few of the things I’ve learned during my time so far at Beck & Bulow.

1. That Quality Meat Makes People Very Happy

2. That Frozen Can Often Be The Freshest & Most Convenient Option

3. That I Love Eating (And Cooking) Meat More Than I Ever Could Have Imagined

All of our meat is carefully sourced and ethically raised, from our own bison to the pristine wild caught Alaskan seafood we carry. We are lucky to offer wild, sustainably ocean caught seafood straight from our facilities on the gulf of Alaska. Our online seafood delivery makes it easy to have the taste of the ocean delivered straight to your doorstep. Everything we carry is humanely raised or wild and the animals are never exposed to antibiotics, hormones or steroids. Quality meat is something that we are lucky to have access to in this day and age of factory farming and we are passionate about making it available to as many people as possible. From online seafood delivery to quality meats, we have everything you desire at Beck & Bulow.
